Hi there! If you’re here, you’re probably curious about me and my background. I’ve spent my entire professional career in the semiconductor industry, starting back in 1996. Over the years, I’ve taken on different roles, levels of responsibility, and worked in various countries. My project management experience includes Continuous Improvement Plans (focused on productivity and process capability), Process Transfers, Product Development, and Research & Development on Demand. Currently, I work as an R&D on Demand Program Manager and Head of the Compute System Scaling PMO for a research and innovation hub specializing in nanoelectronics and digital technologies, based in Leuven, Belgium, I earned my PMP certification in 2020 and actively volunteer with the PMI Belgian Chapter.
Besides project management, my other big passion is water polo—a sport I’ve played, coached, and now cheer for as a great fan of the Pro Recco and the Italian national teams!
